Washington found it pretty easy..Just play your defensive back deep, don't even worry about the run game.

I guess, we are going to see a lot of that now.

The blueprint is for the D to say Booo! and watch our O move backwards from penalties.

It really feels like Washington outcoached the Seahawks in this one.

Whatever happened to the screen pass? Seemed as if Wilson used to do it a lot with Lynch but now not so much?

But that should leave the middle open for a RB pass, correct?
That's the one type of play we've seen work consistently this year. RB screens, wheels, flats, etc. are also usually successful. None of these plays are often called. Go figure.

The blueprint is simple. Just go scout a mediocre high school offensive team and game plan accordingly for your defense.

The blueprint is in Bevell's hand, usually covering his mouth when he is calling a play.

Many have been calling for this for years, with bad line play causing constant pressure it's the perfect call to
neutralize the pass rush. Why won't we use it? Head against the wall.

It did and Bevel discovered that in the 4th qtr........but then figured they would catch on if we used it too much so quit it.

Really any 5-8 yard pass concept is right there for the taking. Unfortunately, we completely avoid these concepts. It’s either run it or go for the huge play. Boom or bust.

It's either Russell Wilson heroball throws, or failed slants that result in an INT.

I think OP pretty much nailed it. Drop deep and play our WRs physical. Wilson will lose enough of his deep receptions to erode offensive production.

At least, that's what'll happen if we still to our usual first-half playbook. In the second, receivers actually get open, instead of endless 50/50 shots downfield to a bunch of short receivers.

It's insanity. I really do not know why the Seahawks keep going back to this style of offense. It never works, when we mix in other types of throws.
