Generally the UFAs are gone. We had a chance to work out an extension with them and it didn't happen, so now it opens up to the highest bidder. The winner's curse applies to UFAs and they count against compensatory picks, so it historically we very rarely resign them at this point. Reece might be an exception if we can pick up him for $760k again but he'll obviously shop around a while first. I'd wager that most if not all of McDaniel, Johnson, McCray, Thorpe, Morgan, Hauskha, Willson, Sowell are gone.
We can keep the RFA/ERFA if we want. They don't typically count in any compensatory pick calculations and we can always tag them with right of first refusal, which lets us match any offer if we want without a minimum salary like the 1st/2nd round tenders require. Shead, Terrell, McDonald, Seisay, Jean-Baptiste will probably all be resigned this way but maybe not Gilliam.
