NFL GAMEPASS - SEAHAWK RELATED

I live just north of most of you folks in British Columbia, just wondering if I order NFL Gamepass will it be blacked out here? They are considered the "local team" in BC and I get all the hawks games on regular cable but Im wanting to cancel cable and get this instead. Any BC'ers do this? Worst case scenario is I stream through a VPN.

Also just noticed this

*Canadian blackout restrictions apply to the Kickoff Game and Sunday Night and Monday Night Football. Games will be available On-Demand shortly after the live broadcast
