John Clayton joins us fresh off his trip to the east coast. He gives us his cliff notes from the Eagles, Giants and Jets training camps and tells us how they compare to a Seahawks training camp. The Seahawks have it down!

The running back situation may have taken a turn as CJ Prosise has a hamstring injury keeping him out of competition for the time being.
