Playoff schedule question

I live in San Francisco And have a surgery in Seattle on the 27th of this month and am flying back from Seattle to San Francisco on that weekend.

Assuming the Hawks win on Sunday vs. the Vikings do we know what day we will be playing the following week? Saturday or Sunday? I have a flight leaving on Sunday the 31st at 3:00 PM but refuse to miss the game.

Anyone know? Thanks.

Schedule is located at the link above, but the 31st is the pro bowl. NFC Championship game is on the 24th and the 17th we'd play against the Panthers (the early game).
