I figured CAR/TB would get flexed to 4:25... that means our game has some meaning.

Yep. The NFL loves drama.

Only helps the Panthers. In the event they lose at home to the Bucs after a loss with HFA at stake (fat chance), the Cards and Hawks must play balls to the wall.

Not necessarily true. Not much to gain for the Hawks. I could see them resting guys in the second half regardless of the score.

Would have been better for the Hawks if that Viks GB game was a 10am start. We'd know the outcome before kickoff, and know if the 5 seed was even a possibility.

Let's be honest; flexing the MIN@GB game into the evening slot was a forgone conclusion after yesterday's game. Likewise, the NFL flexing the Carolina game to 4pm EST was also a forgone conclusion.

Truth.

Our game with Arizona has virtually nothing on the line, so either or both teams could decide to mail it in. That's a network's worse case scenario, and one of the reasons why they gave themselves the ability to flex games in the first place.

There's going to be a lot of interest in the GB/MN game, more so than any other game in the NFC. It is the matchup with the most consequences for the winner, the loser, and several other teams like us and the Skins.
