Richard Sherman, Russell Wilson, the offensive line, and Doug Baldwin are playing lights-out. How have the Seahawks turned it around in the red zone? What is Russell Wilson's key to effectiveness on converting third downs?

In Good News, Bad News, No News: the Seattle Mariners sign another new player, Army/Navy, and a group of Clemson boosters believes they've found a way to pay college players.

Seahawks running back Fred Jackson joins the show to talk about the success of the offense, how much credit the offensive line deserves for the success, and how his role in the offense might change with the loss of Thomas Rawls.

Then the guys give their top three plays of the game on Sunday. Plus, we hear from Pac-Man Jones on "Wait a minute, what?" and the your questions get answered with "Have an opinion already".

We eavesdrop on Pete Carroll's conversation with Brock and Salk this morning. How did Pete feel about the win, and about the current running back situation?

Then, Sheil Kapadia from ESPN.com joins the show to tell us how the locker room feels about the loss of Thomas Rawls. Plus, the guys give there "Parting Shot

Pete Carroll takes over the show for his weekly press conference and gives us plenty of injury updates.

Pete Carroll said the team will not stray from their run first approach despite both Lynch and Rawls being injured.

The guys speculate on how the new guys will fit in the running game moving forward and when Lynch might return
