2008 the year prior to Rex the went 9-7,
2009 Rex's first year again 9-7
2010 Second year 11-5
2011+ 8-8, 6-10, 8-8, 4-12 Dumpster fire began when he started making it about himself and his ego kicked in.

In 2007 they were 4-12 so the trend was looking up before Rex even got there.

So my belief is that sure in 2009 and 2010 they went to the playoffs but largely due to the previous regimes players. Once it was fully his team and system they were dog doo.
