* Cam Newton is an ass (well, Pete didn't say that, I did)

* Shead is their best fumble-forcer

* Lane was told today that he'll be on Sunday's roster

* Personnel does a great job finding UDFA talent, making the team an appealing place for them

* Well aware of the danger of players getting paid and dropping off, cites Sherman as good example of NOT doing that
