Didn't see this posted: In his press conference, Pete said that Lynch has an abdominal issue and is going to see a specialist in Philly about it tomorrow. Seriousness/exact type of injury was not discussed.

Very concerning and sounds potentially serious. Hope he's back soon.

Apparently he is seeing a sports hernia specialist

Goes along with the rumors it may be a hernia that were floating around the day after his injury in practice.

Between injury and travel, sounds like no Marshawn next week almost guaranteed. But if he has surgery, I guess he'll be out for the year.

Will be a tough way to follow-up how the season ended last year but it wouldn't be the Seahawks if there wasn't drama related. If you are the Seahawks you have to move on after this season. Great chance for Lynch to finish his career with his beloved Oakland. I think he has something left in the tank but I doubt he is going to be making > $9M/yr. More likely $2M.

Yeah if it's a hernia, he's done for the year and possibly done as a Hawk. That's such an unpleasant thought...

The running game has done best this season when it's only one of them getting the lion's share. They need to rest Lynch until he's completely healthy.

This may be a blessing.

We know that if Beast is available, the staff will feel obligated to start him and give him big time carries.

As we have seen, the offense sparks much better this year when Rawls gets a majority of the snaps.

In a dream world, we have both guys healthy and getting a great one two punch, but if I have to choose between 2015 Lynch and 2015 Rawls, it is no contest at this point.

Why the mystery? Can't someone just come out and say "This is the problem with Lynch's stomach."

I don't get why we don't know the particulars of his "injury".

While I don't hope for Lynch to be hurt he has started in maybe 2 games this year 100% healthy. He needs to rest. Rawls needs to develop. More snaps for TR is a must!

Want to avoid a distraction amongst the several that "don't" already exsist?
