I really enjoyed hour 3 with Greg Bishop. It's an Ivotuk recommended listen! :th2thumbs:

The Arizona Cardinals, who have yet to beat a winning team, come to Seattle for Sunday Night Football this coming weekend. Mike Sando joins for John Clayton's Morning Drive, the guys tell you what you Need To Know, and Brock addresses Chris Petersen, Dan Quinn, and college officiating in Blue 42.

After a full weekend of football in the NFL, it is apparent that not only the Seahawks have warts and weaknesses. In Around the NFL; GB-CAR, STL-MIN, PHI-DAL. In Need To Know; Russell Wilson, Greg Hardy, Missouri football strike, Cam Newton.

ivo I promise that I'm not trying to derail your thread but I was not a fan of listening to Salk try to define who the best Seahawk of all time was today. It's times like that where I really wish we didn't have some smarmy New Englander on the radio every day. "Seahawks football began in 2009 for me", like it didn't exist before he got here. Just annoying.

That's not derailing, definitely on topic because he's a feast or famine broadcaster in my book. He has some great stuff once in awhile, and other times you can hear the "snear" in his voice.

I think the only reason he might be back here is because he got run off in NE. But, he's better than Danny was with Brock. Danny so badly wanted Brock to act like he was some superior being because of who he was, and Brock doesn't care about that stuff. He's very self-deprecating and O'Neil hated that. If he gets another chance at the morning, I hope Danny learns from that.

Right now though, they're trying to make him in to Clayton Jr. lhaving him come on and answer questions like he's the Swami or something. He is pretty good at it, and i do respect his knowledge of Seahawk and football history. He just needs to learn who he is.

But yea, I think Salk rails at the fact that he's back here and has to pretend like this was the job he really wanted. :snack:
