Man, I hate to start a Kam thread, let alone a religiously toned one, but here we go again - it's up to God now.

"Gee Scott of 710 ESPN Seattle's "Justin and Gee" has a unique perspective on the situation – he's a confidant of the three-time Pro Bowler and shared some of what Chancellor said to him on the phone Monday morning.

"I said 'So what next?' His comment back to me was, 'Gee, it's all in God's hands,'" Scott said."

Also:
"Are you moving on or not?" Scott asked of the Seahawks. "When I say get rid of Kam, trade him. Because if it's going to be next man up, let's truly be about next man up. Let's dive in with Dion Bailey, no matter what."

You can listen to it here:

Let's keep this at least civil -

:)

The onus is on God now.
I wonder why people do that?
Does it relieve him of his responsibility to his contract, his teammates, or his dwindling fan base by saying that?

Someone tell Kam that even God thinks he's being an idiot.

Calvanism is dumb, thats like saying we have no choices in our life, everythings already been decided.

If Kam thinks that way it kinda explains why this situation has gotten so weird.

I've seen this before, people get to caught up in religion and it ruins them.

Im confused.
Why has Kam gone Aaron Curry on us?

When someone leaves a business decision in Gods hands,
they're trying to deflect the blame of a bad decision off of them.

Well, I talk to God occasionally too. This is what he said.......

This has all just gotten too weird.

Pissing away your legacy and your millions is on you Kam, you don't get to blame God for this.

Would some one who can tweet ask Kam what the purpose of his hold out is IF every thing has already been pre written?

When Russ did it, people absolutely roasted him. Kam should be getting the same treatment.
"God" has nothing to do with football and/or YOUR CHOICES.

Well... 2 Thessalonians 3:10 says if anyone doesn't want to work, neither let him eat. :stirthepot:

If Pete holds to his word; if Kam isn't back By tomorrow he will be coughing up another $267K for this week. God must want Kam to be destitute! :sarcasm_off:

On a more serious note what happens if say Earl or Sherm gets injured trying to make up for the hole he left for them to cover. Still Gods will?

What is Kam's God going to say when he is not putting anything in the collection plate whenever it comes to him?

The more he tweets or talks to people the more I'm thinking he's totally gone off the deep end. It wouldn't shock me if he flat out retired.

I guess putting it in God's hands takes the responsibility away from Kam, apparently.

God's probably like "This ones on you, bro. Don't bring me into your sh*t."

Pretty sure someone tweeted this to him and then it got them blocked.

I guess Kam backed up the statement with passage and verse when pressed on it, but "it's in God's hands" is basically just an empty idiom; a thing that people say to convey that they don't know what's going to happen. I really wouldn't read anything into it.
