I'm putting some excerpts from the hourly podcasts in here too if you just want to listen to a certain portion of the podcast.

A couple of these are repeats but I put them in for people that missed them yesterday.

Need to know: The Seahawks have shuffled the offensive line, moving Justin Britt to guard. Also Tarvaris Jackson has a high ankle sprain, meaning that he will miss a couple weeks.
