I have searched high and low trying to identify this signature. Does anyone recognize this auto, or can anyone recommend a database I may not be aware of. I have only recently started collecting autographs over the past couple years, so I still have a lot to learn, perhaps somebody with more knowledge can give me some ideas? I will definitely appreciate any and all input.

Lazarius Levingston? Just a guess based on the first letters looking kinda like L's. Couldn't find his autograph tho

Since you don't know whose signature it is, my suggestion is to buff it off and start over. If it were a high dollar signature, you would already know it.

And little known fact that he's the biological father of comedian Adam Sandler.

I don't own it, I didn't recognize it so I was seeking information to increase my knowledge.

Sherman Smith.

I was just being a smart-ass. I have no idea why anyone would think that his signature would increase the value of the helmet, especially since that helmet came out after his playing days were over and assistant coaches signatures are so highly sought after.
