I've come up with a theory and a solution to the heart break many have been suffering since Sunday. It's called Phantom Lombardi Syndrome. For many of us we had already become attached to that second trophy. It had already become a part of our body. Just like Phantom Limb Syndrome, the missing part can hurt and cause excruciating pain. The solution is to take a picture of last years trophy and hold it up by a mirror. You will see your second trophy. They do this with amputees that experience pain in a missing limb. It works. I've seen it on House, so it must be true.
