Which offense and defense, the Seahawks have played, is comparable to NE offensively and defensively?

Offensively I want to say Denver, sans anything of significance at WR.

Defensively? Slow front 7? Maybe the deadskins sans great ends?

I'm having a tough time conjuring ideas. That I'd throw it out to you ladies (and Mizz) for help.

Without digging too deep into tendencies and stats, I'd say NE is more like San Diego on O, with a little bit better running game.

Defensively for NE I'd say similar to PHI just based on DVOA Team Defense.

I think that's a pretty good comparison, but they do have a better secondary than Philly, maybe not as good of DEs/OLBs though.

Makes sense on the SD tip. Although, I don't think Brady is nearly as fearless and savvy as Rivers is, within the pocket. Rivers and Gates have very good "old man skills".

Good point. Also, Rivers was on fire when they played SEA, and Kam wasn't 100%. I think Brady can get equally as hot, passing, but it would take a few really lucky breaks. Rivers didn't even come close to that level the rest of the season.
