Broncos and Cowboys were the two biggest crybabies about wanting tougher defensive holding enforcement because of the Seahawks. How'd that work out for you, fellas?

LOL, true that...... Also 2 of the teams that get away with the most offensive holding by their O-lines.

Yeah I want more 'emphasis' offensive holding next year. This time Paul Allen can put out the info and say it was brought about because of Jerrah's team. Fat chance, eh?

Marshal Faulk has already preprogrammed the nation.

"As long as Richard Sherman is allowed to arm bar receivers down the field, Green Bay doesn't stand a chance."

Looks like we are next in line for the great controversial call.

Next in line? Try every game. Difference is, we usually build up such a lead by the end of the game it doesn't matter. Let's hope that continues into next year as the league doubles down on its 'parity' efforts, aka "why don't you step away from the cafeteria line and let someone else have a ring now?"

You can bet D-holding will probably be called at some point, but that is not the penalty that could shape the game the most. Holding by Packers O-linemen will have much more implications, IMO.

I remember a game with the Rams a few years ago, during which our guys took to whining to the refs about the Rams O-line holding like crazy with no calls. If memory serves, the second half then had numerous holding calls go our way. The in-game "reminding" the coach does to the officials on the sidelines has little affect, but the guys on the field in the referee's ear can reap some benefits, especially if it comes from Russell.

In the meetings with the officials, you can bet Pete will be making absolute sure the ref and umpire are calling it or it'll be another good old-fashioned hold-fest. They will also be making-clear the defensive holding isms with that crew.

I can't keep up with the alleged pro-others, anti-Seahawks efforts by the NFL.

If the emphasis on defensive back penalties was because Manning wanted it (or the NFL wanted it for Manning), how come the Broncos aren't even going to the AFC Championship? If Manning is the "NFL darling", how did this happen?

If the "fix is in" for the Cowboys, how come they didn't get that Dez Bryant call to go their way?

What's the new theory now that these two teams are out? Phantom roughing the passer calls on Rodgers?

We need a reference chart.
