Anyone have any recommendations? A friend's in Washington, D.C. on vacation right now and needs a good spot to watch the Seahawks game.

Penn Quarter all the way!! It does cater to all fans in the lower ( more obvious ) sections, but the upstairs section will have Seahawks only audio, 20+ fans and a few dedicated screens even if it's a regular season game (so I presume that it would be very Hawk friendly during the Playoffs)
