Road game penalties on opposing teams?

Why do our opponents all of the sudden magically become Gods that don't commit penalties when we play on the road? Go look at all of our road games this season, it feels like the refs are favoring our opponent in our road games. So many games with like 2, 3 or at most 4 penalties on the other team, it's just insane.

For example in this game there were 3 penalties but 2 were false starts for 1 yard combined, so only 1 live action penalty? I just find that hard to believe.
