They're just horribly annoying human beings.

For the football team, hmm, I don't know too much.

What I do know is Coughlin realizes this year is it for him. His OC hire was more about appeasing the press and management, than results on the field. It's absolutely, positively, the worst fit possible. It's such a ludicrous hire, I thought it was an error when it was first reported.

When I think Eli, I don't think precision passing game. I don't think of Eli as a guy you want to take quick three step drops and throw to a spot. That's just NOT Eli, nor should it ever be Eli. Eli cant even throw a spiral and has the weakest "strong" arm, I've ever seen. He simply cant drop back and throw laser slants or outs. It's NOT him. Eli is at his greatest when he can create and read a bit. He's a lot closer to Russell Wilson than he is his brother. He's a creator that thrives and used to dominate off of play action.

From the jump that OC hire had disaster written all over it.

More proof of Coughlin's overall disconnect is the Giants new found love of blitzing. Heavy blitzing defenses go with ball control, precision passing games like Isis goes with pornography. I like Perry as a DC actually, but, he's not philosophically matching his defense to the offense. That's on Coughlin.

I like Beckham. I like Andre Williams. I like their DC. I still respect them enough to understand there's veteran pride on that team, and to not take this Sunday for granted.

Your thoughts on the Giants?

It depends on which Giants team we see on the field on Sunday. Those guys are pretty up-and-down.

Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde

Eli is not being well supported by his OLine or his receivers.

They are vulnerable to ground and pound, and their DBs are pretty nicked up.

They might actually be more injured and beat up than we are.

I couldn't tell you what you'll see from their offense from one week to the next, but if we can get any pressure on Eli at all, it's going to be a long day for him.

I see us winning this game, but I couldn't tell you how big. Our propensity to take a massive dump on offense as soon as we're up 2 TD's doesn't lead us to blowing teams out.

Word.

What's the point of sticking with the run for 3 quarters, only to pass up 14 with 4 minutes left?

I've heard they all smell like Salt 'N' Vinegar Pringles.

What's wrong with salt n vinegar Pringles?

The only thing I can think is that the packages are too small. :th2thumbs:

The only salt and vinegar chips that are better than pringles are the ones cooked in peanut oil. Kettle brand and Tims Cascade. The only better chip IMO is Tims Jalepeno!

The VaGiants are more banged up than the cast of Jersey Housewives. The Hawks will be able to plug all their holes with tight swift constant powerful movements until the sweat has completely left their bodies.

As a Giants fan, here's what you need to know about the Giants.

1) Eli has been pretty efficient in the "West Coast" offense they've installed, though they've been getting away from it recently. He's only thrown 5 INTs all year surprisingly.

2) The O-Line is atrocious, if they're not giving up sacks, they're letting pressure come through, giving Eli no time to set up anything.

3) The run game without Jennings has been one of the worst in the league.

4) We're towards the top of the league defensively with INTs.

5) The entire backfield is riddled with injuries. No Amukamara, DRC is nicked up, Thurmond and McBride both out... Journeymen playing in the slot.

6) This defense is EXTREMELY susceptible to the big play. It's pretty frustrating to watch.

7) Beckham Jr. is turning out to be more than what they hoped for, this kid is going to be a force for years to come.

I'm sure there's more... but there's a general idea of what you get to face. Good luck this weekend folks!

I wasn't judging. Just reporting what I heard.

I also heard that Tom Coughlin has actually been dead for 2 years, and the Maras just had his carcass stuffed and wrapped around an animatronic skeleton. I'm pretty confident in this one.

How can a team's defense possibly have any effect on its offense? They're totally seperated.

That's because our offense is so high-energy--Wilson has to run all over hell and back to bring a drive home. We're like a running NBA team that blows people out for a while, then runs itself out.

Not sure how, it just feels that way sometimes.

Pete's conservative offense matches a very conservative (as far as scheme and blitzes) defense. Arians takes chances on offense, and wants that in his defenses too. Those are two current examples.

It's just a "feel" thing, really.

I agree on Beckham, by the way. I think he'll end up the most talented WR Eli's ever played with. Honestly, I always thought the production was more about Eli than his WR's.

You think this is it for Coughlin if they don't make the playoffs?

Would Mr Mara mind if I sent marriage proposals to his daughters? It'll be classy, via a letter. I'll cut out the letters from the magazines myself.
