I need to decide between Shonn Greene, Marshawn Lynch and Roy Helu for my RB2 and Flex positions. Which one should sit?

Seattle running game is not good and the Ravens run defense is real good. As much as i want him to do well I'd sit Marshawn

Lynch had a beautiful fantasy game today...30 attempts, over 100 yards, 1 TD, and 40-50 yards receiving.
