Agreed with the above, and does anyone here think strength of ass whippings should play a factor in the top 5 picks?

I dont know about strenght of loss, but I think the NFL should lottery atleast the top 5 picks (no more than top eight)

Oh god, lottery? That's one of the worst draft ideas ever. Most of what it adds is drama and speculation with conspiracy theories, both of which are completely unnecessary. Quite frankly, I'm amazed the NBA still does it, no one (well, I guess very few) likes it.

What if Houston were to trade their 2nd to Washington for Cousins? They could then draft Clowney and have a good young QB who is a little more proven than whoever they might draft. Washington in return would get an early 2nd rd pick in exchange, not a bad trade.
