 Post subject: Stanford DE Josh Mauro: Late round prospect

Stanford DE/DT Josh Mauro has stood out this year when I watched Stanford this year. Mauro is a bit of a tweener at 6'6" 282 lbs. Up until this year he was a back up DE, but this year he was promoted to the starting defense due to an injury. He is not the quickest or most athletic d-lineman, but he makes up for it with a high motor and an intense on field demeanor. Right now he is projected as a late round prospect.

Mauro's of field demeanor reminds me of "Lattimere" from movie "The Program".
