(OT) Billy Turner North Dakota State: Flying under the radar

Discuss your thoughts about anything draft related. Mocks, College and Pro. Knock yourselves out!!! RATING: PG-13
  • I am putting together a 2014 mock draft and I can across North Dakota St (LT) Billy Turner. Turner is 6-6 314 lbs. Big, athletic, long arms, plays to the whistle, and has the skill set to move inside to guard. Very good agility and quickness when asked to pull, also good at getting to second level and finding someone to block. To nit pick he lunges at times and doesn't sink his hips, but he has the combination of size & athleticism that is hard to find. Hopefully more tape will posted of him so I can moniter him during the season. Cbssports has him as a 5th or 6th round prospect, but I think once more people get a look at him he may be showing up in the 3rd or 2nd round of mock drafts. Turner is an intriguing OT that is now on my draft wish list.
