Should have gone for the field goal and then tried an onside kick in my opinion. They needed 2 scores either way, going for it on 4th was useless.

Fun fact: Silas Redd left Penn State to try and win a championship. Penn State finished with a better record then USC.  _________________

Just so it doesn't get lost in Notre Dame basking in the glow of a win. How about Brian Kelly using a timeout in a 6 point game to save his kicker 5 yards on a 19 yard field goal. LOL. 24 yards is a chip shot and probably would have given his kicker a better angle on the kick. Kelly better hope he is up against Richt and not Saban.
