  • I'm biased towards Byron Murphy because he's a Dawg, but he's more a cover guy, where as Greedy is more a man guy which I believe fits the Hawks better.

  • Draft day sucks to watch as a hawks fan...day 1 is waste of time. See you on day 2 and 3...where the real drama happens.

  • 2 4th rounders and #30. Not too bad considering we lack picks. I sure wanted to grab a player at 21 though. Now we will know forever that players picked between 21-28 could have been ours.

No ****. I clearly wasn't saying that I thought we moved down from 21 to the 4th round. Obviously I was talking about what they got in addition the pick they're trading down to.

It won’t be. I think they’ll pick at either 29 or 30 and trade the other.

  • This board is far more entertaining than the draft itself!

Our FO does the same thing every year, dropping out of the first (or at least a few spots), and then don't take the fan-favorites.

Every fan has their pet hopefuls, so someone always ends up broken-hearted. Then we get to hear for ever and after how the FO doesn't draft well (according to those few, anyways). At least it gives this place something to talk about between now and next draft when we wash, rinse, and repeat.

    Agreed. Way too risky.

Report today it was misdiagnosed. Would’ve been a great pick at 21 considering edge is our biggest need.

If it turned out to be a real misdiagnose, Sweat should sue the doc at the combine. That said, I think you are right about the agent doing his thing because Sweat didn't challenge from the combine til now.

Their QB can't throw him the ball. Horrible fit for him.

A descent fit for the Seahawks, but I wouldn't want him as I don't think he will stay healthy.

  • Give me Chauncey/Adderley at 29 and trade back for Winovich. If N'Keal Harry or AJ Brown fall to like, 38-40, package 2020 picks to move back in.

I'll be pissed if they pick McGary here

Pick 21 was worth 800 points pick 30 620. We got picks 114 and 118 with a combined value of 124 points. To be an equitable trade it would have needed to be a late third and late fourth. We got two late fourths.
