He definitely has the athleticism and body to be a great wr, we'll see if he has the route running and the hands.

Ohio State hand timed him at 4.32, which would probably be closer to the low-4.4s if it were electric.

They hand timed Bradley Roby at 4.26 with the same measurement, and he ran an official 4.39 at the combine.

If he ran less than 4.5 at his size and can actually, you know, catch. He could be an interesting draft prospect albeit he'd be a raw WR.
