He is a legend in that us older fans remember him from the old days.
He has never been viewed as a HOF player. Just reminiscing

Not only did he play for the Seahawks, he also was an assistant coach for the Seahawks. He knows a tremendous amount about football and if you listen to him you will learn something

He may not be in the ROH but he was a player here for 6 years and a coach for 4. He has a unique perspective and worthwhile opinion.

How he got that assistant coaching job is legendary. He played part of a game injured... and that injury involved a dislocated ruptured testicle. Coach Knox decided a player that tough needs to be on the coaching staff when the time comes. Something like that.
