    Very insightful and true! Its so cool to see how Pete's philosophy extends throughout all aspects of the organization. I imagine every UDFA treats calls from the Hawks more seriously having seen how the opportunities on our team can turn into real on the field success.

    I emailed nflshop.com and fanatics.com back at the beginning of the month to ask when they would get stock, but they both said they had no estimates. I finally got tired of waiting and went the custom-elite route. Took a while (ordered 1/4/13) but it arrived today and it looks awesome!

    Maybe not surprising, but nflshop.com has been sold out of most of the Limited and Elite jerseys for a while now. I ordered a custom Elite to "make" an RW one for $300.... I'm disheartened that it hasn't arrived yet and the season is over. On the bright side though... there'll be plenty more...
