The annual is Kearse worth it thread

drop lynch, give Bennett a 4m bonus as well as signing Kearse to a 3 year $12 million deal. Also adjust Baldwin's contract by $1-2 million per. The guy outplayed his contract hard and deserves to be rewarded. So that leaves a decent amount leftover in the cap to look at strengthening o-line...

    GG Fellow 12's

As much as I want to be disappointed that we lost...I just can't be. Yeah, this wasn't our year, but look at what we have to look forward to! We have Tyler Lockett, burning up returns and making clutch catches. We have Thomas Rawls, an undrafted free agent rookie that has become the heir...

Defense back to form in numbers

definitely. but there's a lot of positives to take here. our defense is playing REALLY well. not historic, but they're #3 in many categories. our offensive line has been looking less...offensive out there. Jimmy Graham is getting involved and it's paying dividends. going into the bye week...

Defense back to form in numbers

After tonight's 12 points, our team's defense for the season is looking back in form from the last 3 seasons. Points allowed p/gm: 17.5 Total yards allowed p/gm: 284.9 Total passing yards allowed p/gm: 186.4 Total rushing yards allowed p/gm: 98.5 What does this mean? Well, we're back to our...

Ta Hell With the INT's -- Love Those Long Bombs

exactly. loved seeing it. was a little disappointed with the INTs, but i wasn't angry. hope we keep trying to be vertical in our passing game. can i also say that we had successful seam routes today? oh my god that was good to see.

    Good Win

I know there are issues with our team, but I feel good coming out of this with a very commanding win. Our offense (until Okung went out) drove the ball constantly and didn't play conservative. Russell took shots (yes 2 turned into INTs, but at least it wasn't conservative crap ball). Sherman...

    Jumping off the wagon?

I've been on the wagon since Brian Blades signed a poster for me at the Bellevue Sears in like 1992. I'm not going anywhere. But if you think 12's aren't justified in booing, I have a bridge to sell you. How many games, just in this season alone, have we watched our team implode in the 4th...

After 6 weeks, time to see who we find a better Corner

the fact that this is even a close vote right now is all we need to know about Cary Williams.

After 6 weeks, time to see who we find a better Corner

Of all the righteously angry posts on here, I'd like to gauge who here thinks is worse: Cary Williams and Kelly Jennings.

    Defensive coordinator

we haven't gotten rid of bevell in 4 damn years. richard isn't going anywhere. maybe we'll be lucky and he'll get a HC job. probably in washington.

Emotions are starting to get numb

i felt at the beginning of the 4th quarter that we were in a 'here we go' scenario. i had zero confidence that we would be able to keep that lead. none of my friends did either. what unfolded in front of us, we were in silence. not shocked. not disappointed. just numb.

Cary Williams situation not very "seahawk-y"

except Harvin wasn't an extremely important part of our team. our starting corner opposite Sherman is WAY more important.

Cary Williams situation not very "seahawk-y"

We have no one to put in for him. Who the hell are we gonna put in to cover that side? Jeremy Lane is on IR. Tharold Simon is Mr. Glass. who's left? you wanna put Tukuafu in there?

    The D Used To . . .

3 years ago we had Brandon Browner (a great CB) up till last year we had Byron Maxwell (an alright CB that had a bunch of clutch plays for us) now we have Cary Williams (a borderline trash CB that semi-consistently gives up big plays)
